How does the AI work?

TryonMe uses Google's Gemini 2.5 Flash Image model to compose your model photo with a clothing photo. The AI keeps your face, hair, body shape, pose, and background unchanged — only the upper-body garment is replaced.

Are my photos saved on your servers?

Try-on input photos are sent to our server, forwarded to Google for AI processing, and are not retained as input images. We store metadata about each try-on attempt (timestamp, success/failure, duration). Photos you explicitly add to your wardrobe are stored privately in your account so they can sync across devices and the browser extension. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

Why did my try-on fail?

Common causes:

• Network interruption — try again on a stable connection.
• The clothing photo is too low-resolution or unclear.
• The model photo doesn't show the upper body clearly.
• You ran out of credits.

Failed try-ons don't consume credits. If a failure persists, please email us with your iPhone model and the time of the attempt.

What's a "credit"?

Each successful try-on costs 1 credit. New accounts get 5 free credits. You can buy more from the Credits screen, or redeem a promo code if you have one.

How do I download the app?

TryonMe is available on the App Store: Download TryonMe.

How do I restore purchases?

Open the Credits screen and tap "Restore Purchases". Apple will re-deliver any active purchases tied to your Apple ID.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Settings → Delete Account. Your profile, history, credits, and authentication record are removed within 30 days.

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at support@appnor.io with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll handle it manually within 30 days.

Can I use TryonMe on iPad?

Yes — TryonMe is universal and works on iPhone and iPad running iOS 17 or later.

Does TryonMe work offline?

The app's UI and your saved try-ons work offline, but generating a new try-on requires an internet connection (the AI runs in the cloud).

What's the triple-tap shortcut?

We're rolling out a Back Tap shortcut that lets you snap a screenshot and import it into TryonMe in one gesture. The setup screen in the app will guide you when it's ready.
