TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Who we are

TryonMe is operated by Appnor (Ali Ozkan, sole proprietor), Istanbul, Turkey. Contact: support@appnor.io.

2. Using the service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use TryonMe.
• You may sign in with Apple, Google, or continue as a guest.
• Use TryonMe for personal, non-commercial virtual try-on.
• You may save clothing photos to a private wardrobe for your own use.
• Do not upload photos of other people without their permission.
• Do not upload photos depicting minors, nudity, violence, or illegal content.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Do not use TryonMe to impersonate others or to create misleading content.

3. Credits and purchases

• New accounts receive 5 free welcome credits.
• Each successful try-on consumes 1 credit. Failed try-ons are not charged.
• Credits can be purchased via Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes the transaction.
• Credits are non-refundable once spent on a successful try-on.
• Credits do not expire while your account is active. They are forfeited upon account deletion.
• If we terminate your account due to a violation of these terms, unused credits are forfeited.

4. AI-generated content — Acceptable Use

Try-on results are generated by AI (Google Gemini) and may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. We make no guarantees about the quality, fit, or appearance of generated images.

You own the rights to model photos and clothing photos you upload (or have permission to use). The AI-generated try-on result is yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Forbidden uses

TryonMe has zero tolerance for the following. Submitting input photos or attempting to generate output that depicts any of the below will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of unused credits, and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Photos of minors (anyone under 18), real or generated.
• Nudity, sexually suggestive content, or revealing/sheer attempts on others.
• Photos of any person without that person's explicit consent.
• Content depicting violence, gore, weapons, or harm.
• Hate symbols, harassment material, or content targeting individuals or groups.
• Content meant to deceive, defame, or impersonate others.
• Any output you don't have legal rights to use.

Reporting and moderation

Every result includes a "Report this result" button in the app. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. We may suspend or permanently ban accounts found to violate these terms. We log all generation attempts for safety review.

Automated safety filters

Inputs and outputs are filtered by Google Gemini's safety system and our own moderation. Some legitimate try-ons may be rejected due to false positives — if so, please try a different photo.

5. Account & termination

• You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon account deletion, your profile data is removed within 30 days; some transaction records may be retained as required for tax and legal compliance.

6. Disclaimers

TryonMe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or US$50, whichever is greater.

7. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
