You can delete your TryonMe account at any time. Here's how — and exactly what happens to your data when you do.
Your account and all associated data will be queued for deletion immediately.
If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to support@appnor.io with the subject line "Delete my account". Include the email address you used to sign in so we can locate your account.
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.
Local photos remain on your device. Model photos and generated try-on results stored locally in the app are removed from that device when you delete local app data or uninstall the app. Wardrobe photos stored in your account are deleted server-side with the account deletion request.
Account data is removed from our systems within 30 days of your deletion request. Some anonymized, aggregated records (such as total try-on counts) may be retained for service improvement but cannot be linked back to you.
